The patented PleatLink™ System is a proprietary blend of cotton and polyester fibers supported by expanded metal backing allowing higher dust-holding capacity and greater efficiency.

A continuous filter media eliminates bypass between filters and the need for spacers - no tiger striping.

PleatLink™ is supported by a heavy gauge wire frame that is customized for each HVAC unit. The media is oversized in order to eliminate leakage at the top and bottom of the filter tracks.

The aerodynamic pleat design creates less resistance in the air-stream. PleatLink™ is also environment-friendly.

There are no paper products in its design. BFC currently services the PleatLink™ Air Filtration system nationwide.
