The patented PleatLink® System is a 100% Synthetic filter media supported by a heavy gauge expanded steel, allowing higher dust-holding capacity and greater efficiency.
The patented steel heavy gauge wire is customized for each HVAC unit and properly supports PleatLink®. The filter is oversized, eliminating air bypass at the top and bottom of the filter tracks. And the aerodynamic pleat design creates less resistance in the airstream.
With no paper product in its design, the PleatLink® is environmentally friendly. The PleatLink® is manufactured in our plant, assuring our stringent Quality Assurance is maintained.
